Hybrid parent/teacher conferences will take place on Tuesday, October 12 from 1:30-7:00pm. Parents will have the option to choose between in-person and virtual/video meetings. Reavis will once again be using PowerPTC, a web-based software that allows parents to schedule in-person and/or virtual conferences.
In order to schedule conferences, you will need to activate your PowerPTC account (all accounts were purged from last year, so every parent will need to create a new account). All parents should have received an email on September 30 from the following address: email@example.com. Please check for it. This email will provide directions on how to create an account in PowerPTC. After you create an account, you will be able to schedule your student(s) conferences.
The online scheduling window will be open from September 30 through October 12. By accessing the online program, you will be able to easily schedule a conference with your child’s teachers. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to schedule a meeting with your child’s counselor, dean, or any member of our Student Services team. You can also request translation support.
Appointments will be ten (10) minutes in length so that we can accommodate all parents who wish to have an individual conference with teachers. As it has always been our tradition, if you have more questions or concerns to discuss before or after your conference, please do not hesitate to reach out to the staff member directly.
