Step 1 - Residency Verification
Students attending Reavis High School must live within district boundaries. Click here for a list of documents needed to prove residency.
Step 2 - Submit health documents to the Nurse's Office
Students transferring from an Illinois school must present a copy of their ninth grade school physical examination and a complete immunization record at the time of registration. Students transferring from another state or country must present current immunization records and a physical examination at the time of registration.
Student transferring to an Illinois public school for the first time are required to have a vision examination conducted by a physician or licensed optometrist and submitted to the Nurse's Office.

After initial documents have been submitted, a SNAP CODE will be issued prior your counselor appointment.
Step 4 - Counselor appointment
Students will meet with their counselor to review transfer credits, graduation requirements, and create a schedule.
Step 5 - Pay student fees
Student fees can be paid in the Business Office, located in the Main Office at the front of the school. Fees can be paid by cash, check or credit card.

Students who may qualify for Free/Reduced Lunch should review the income guidelines and submit a completed application to the Business Office.
Step 6 - Chromebook
All new Reavis students are issued a Chromebook and charger. Click here for the use Chromebook policy.
Reavis High School requires proof of residency for all current students entering their junior year (grade 11). Our intent in verifying residency for junior year is to ensure that we are in compliance with state law and to fulfill our obligation to District 220 taxpayers that we allocate resources to educate all eligible students who legally reside within district boundaries. To ensure compliance with residency requirements, all documents must be submitted by the May 1 deadline.
