RAM FAM Spotlight: Culture of kindness

booster club volunteers
The kindness of the Reavis Athletic Boosters has raised thousands of dollars for students and programs at the school. This group of community members runs concessions for games, sells spirit wear, and selects two male and two female athletes each year for a $500 scholarship.
Ms. Annel and Ms. Williams
For 11 years, PE teachers Jen Annel and Sue Williams have brought the American Red Cross to Reavis twice a year for our blood drives. The result is approx. 200 units of blood annually that saves the lives of roughly 300 critically ill patients in the Chicagoland area.
animal ambassadors
This is the 3rd year that the Ambassadors 4 Animals group has gathered together to volunteer at Sarah’s Stables in Willow Springs, IL. Students show kindness to the horses there, feeding and brushing them each week after school.
