The Nurse's Office seeks to maintain, improve and promote the health of students by providing Identification, assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of student health concerns. Any student or family who has a student health concern is encouraged to contact the nurse's office. If your student requires medication to be dispensed during school hours (prescription or over-the-counter) an authorization form must be completed by your student's physician and updated every school year.
